Looking for an experienced Chief Concierge in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Set Departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.
•  Maximise Sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programmes.
•  Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results.
•  Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areas.
•  Supervise and direct guest services attendants and concierges.
•  Communicate directly with guests, in person or by telephone.

Job Requirements:

•  A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.
•  Good communication skills and customer service skills.
