Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Greet guests with high-energy, a positive attitude and informational approach.
  •  Explain facility rules and operations by describing in a fun and understandable way.
  •  Issues room key and assist guests with directions and an overview of property and amenities.
  •  Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  •  Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
  •  Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school graduate.
  •  Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Must have exceptional customer service skills.
