Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Answer phones using proper telephone etiquette and professional speaking tone.
  •  Contributes to team effort by working on special projects as needed.
  •  Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will handle all incoming daily mail.
  •  Answer internal and external calls in a professional and pleasant manner.
  •  Greet and announce visitors and ensure they are properly escorted to their destination.
  •  Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent organizational skills.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
