Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Prepares construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation.
•  Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Estimating, Bidding, Decision Making,   Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus.
• Prepares estimates with the proper level of detail for all design stages, Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development and   Construction Documents.
• Preparation of estimates and bids Manages the estimating team in the assembly and submission of bids.
• Consults with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers to discuss and formulate estimates, effect cost reductions, and    resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
