Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Maintain technical customer support interaction with designated personnel in NY and CA.
- Recommend and assist in development of procedures (technical, not IT) for website to improve Technical Service
- Input customer, technical data, and service call reports into company CRM program.
- Ensure addressing all customer queries/grievance on time; constantly reduce customer grievances escalated to regional SQ
- Attend Branch walk-in customers; understand their requirements and guide them to fulfill their queries/concerns
- Understand customers requirements and create opportunities to cross sell relevant products/ services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
