A leading Company Looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Routinely contribute to the Knowledge Base.
  • Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to ensure user productivity.
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies to provide technically   accurate solutions to customers.
  •  Attend knowledge transfer sessions with testing and development team.
  • Coordinating between Client's SPOCs and application team.
  • Tracking, troubleshooting and resolving Application Level 1 related calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
