• Formulate and Implement sales strategies to achieve the sales and profit targets
• Offer leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management
• Manage the operation of merchandising team to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness
• Requirements:
• 15 years working experience in apparel industry with minimum 5-year at managerial position
• Good experience in handling high-end product in all items (mainly woven & cotton knit)
• Both written and speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
