Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain current kitchen schedules, staffing templates, and staff employee files.
  •  Manage puree program and special dietary needs of residents.
  •  Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
  •  Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
  •  Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
  •  Reporting of all hazardous conditions or equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Recipe and menu development skills.
  •  Personnel management skills.
