Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.

Coordinates and facilitates the resolution of team member performance issues.

Assists in efforts to improve safety culture throughout the region.

Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Four years experience in same field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
