Urgently looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Faxes and photocopies information as needed.
  •  May keep record of absences and hours worked by unit personnel.
  •  Answer a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate.
  •  Maintain general office supplies and break room supplies.
  •  Review the electronic conference room calendars for conflict and awareness.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Time management skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
