Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Area Operation Manager in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Direct management of Managed Services employees within assigned area.
• Direct management and on-site inspection of FSR performance.
• Establishes goals, clarifies roles and responsibilities and holds work group members (Internal/External) accountable.
• Manage multiple Hubs of Delhi & NCR (currently 11) with each Hubs managed by Supervisors with 100+ Field   Executives.
• Ensure High Level of Service Efficiency - Capable to increase efficiency bar above the customer SLA.
• Ensure reply of all escalations mail for closure within 12-24 hours with correct justifications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bacahelor's Degree Holder
• Good communication Skills.
