Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Branch Operation Manager in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

• Supports sales efforts consistent with corporate and regulatory compliance, health, safety and environmental affairs   standards.
• May lead the emergency response team in the branch.
• Supports branch health and safety program and conducts safety audits in conjunction with Branch Operations Manager.
• Liaison of the branch to enhance operational activities, solicit new businesses and manages existing clients.
• Opens and operates a cash drawer window to serve the bank’s customers.
• Monitors and evaluations work-flow procedures and systems to maximize process efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bacahelor's Degree Holder
• Good communication Skills.
