Business Development Director

Job Description :

Duties:

• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Develop and support new business to business initiative to drive new sales leads
• Promote CBRE brand and support marketing activities to drive client intimacy and new sales lead
• Make sure CBRE values and brand equity are well represented in the marketplace.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate, Technology or Marketing (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum  5 years works experience
• Excellent Mandarin, Cantonese and English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
