Details:

Strategic planning and coordination of the delivery of all services under the contract
Managing and motivating all staff and subcontractors.
Managing services within allocated resources to achieve cost effectiveness
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate / Property Management or relevant
15 years of solid experience in property or facilities management company, of which 5 years in managerial level
Good command over both written and spoken English and Chinese
