Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Office Assistant in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Manage contact details and calendar management.
- Keep up with the email traffic to ensure calendars are continually and accurately updated.
- Provide phone coverage, handle inquiries, take accurate messages.
- Be responsive to meeting requests and keep managers on schedule with experience handling multiple time zones.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, board meetings and video conference calls.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Only Female candidates need to apply.
- Five years experience in the same field.
- Good computer skills.
