A leading company looking for an experienced Office Assistant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Manage contact details and calendar management.
  • Keep up with the email traffic to ensure calendars are continually and accurately updated.  
  • Provide phone coverage, handle inquiries, take accurate messages.
  • Be responsive to meeting requests and keep managers on schedule with experience handling multiple time zones. 
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, board meetings and video conference calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Only Female candidates need to apply.
  • Five years experience in the same field.
  • Good computer skills.
