Job Description :

Details:

Ensure company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are complied with regulatory requirements
Liaise with SFC, HKEx and other regulators for any inquiries and requests
Forecast the opportunities, risks and provide advice or recommendation to management
Requirements:
Degree in law/finance/accounting or related
1-3 years of solid working experience in compliance or auditing field
Good knowledge of SFC regulations and guidelines
Be Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
