Job Description :
Duties:
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Enhance a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other docs for each real estate transaction.
- Requirements:
- Must have Transferable visa 18
- Kuwait driving license
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
