Looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Serves as an escalation point for clients within assigned vertical.
•  Provides after hours technical support as part of a rotating schedule.
•  Creates necessary documentation to properly support client environments.
•  Records and submits weekly time sheets detailing client work throughout the week.
•  Engages in project-based assignments on an as needed basis.
•  Develop and provide training to users on best practices and use of products and tools.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelors degree.
• Five years experience in same field.
•  Effective organization and time management skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
