Details:

  • Software installation, configuration, installation, testing and technical operational
  • Oversee systems connectivity, performance and security control
  • Provide technical supports to users
  • Perform 7x24 on-call support (shift duty) 
  • Requirements:
  • Experienced in technical support for IBM AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Unix  Server is must
  • Knowledge or experience in vSphere vCenter, ESXi, SRM is a plus
  • Microsoft, CCNA certifications will be an advantage
