Job Description :

Looking for a Secretary in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  •  Perform data entry into various hiring and payroll software systems for all new hires and other changes as needed.
  •  Assist Management in administering programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit.
  •  Supports Accounting functions as necessary by performing duties such as: reconciliation of receipts, ordering supplies, etc. 
  • Actively practices good safety procedures; has the ability to understand and follow established safety procedures.
  • Provide support in areas such as recruitment and staffing.
  • Assists in maintaining personnel records. Assists in supporting issues for employees, or labor relations, compensation, benefits applications, employment opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  •  Excellent organizational skills. 
  •  Malaysians Only.
  •  Female Only.
  • 10-years experience is required.
