Looking for an Admin Assistant in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  •  Assist Management in administering programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit.
  • Research and analyzes data for Management, Human Relations. It helps to maintain records.
  • Supports Accounting functions as necessary by performing duties such as reconciliation of receipts, ordering supplies, etc. 
  •  Actively practices good safety procedures; has the ability to understand and follow established safety procedures.
  • Provide support in areas such as recruitment and staffing.
  •  Perform data entry into various hiring, and payroll software systems for all new hires and other changes as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  •  Excellent organizational skills.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  •  1year experience is required.
