Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Commis I in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Serve food in proper portions on to correct serving vessels and plates.
  •  Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
  •  Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the organizations standards.
  •  Minimise waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
  •  To operate the section as per the given standards of the kitchen.
  •  To maintain kitchen equipment as per standards.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Problem solving skills required.
  •  Must have good communication skills.
