Job Description :
Duties:
- Responsible for pre-sales and delivery of security product solutions;
- Provide technical support and advice to our existing customers;
- Ensure Support Service Level is met.
- Requirements:
- Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferred;
- CISSP, CISA or MCSE: Security certification preferable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
