Job Description :

Duties:

Provide technical support and advice to our existing customers
Provide Technical Support and advice to internal users
Responsible for delivery of security product solutions; and
Make sure Support Service Level is met.
Requirements:
Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred
Experience in application, system / network solution and database support will be an advantage
