Job Description :
Looking for an Admin Assistant in Malaysia.
Job Details:
- Assist Management in administering programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit.
- Research and analyzes data for Management, Human Relations. Helps to maintain records.
- Supports Accounting functions as necessary by performing duties such as reconciliation of receipts, ordering supplies, etc.
- Actively practices good safety procedures; has the ability to understand and follow established safety procedures.
- Provide support in areas such as recruitment and staffing.
- Perform data entry into various hiring, and payroll software systems for all new hires and other changes as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Malaysians Only.
- 1year experience is required.
