Job Details:

•  Administer all aspects of food preparation ensuring kitchen is clean, well-stocked and problem-free.
•  Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
•  Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
•  Maintain a hygienic kitchen and personal hygiene.
•  Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good.
•  Attendants and Stewards to have better performance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Be self motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
•  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
