Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Training Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Recommends learning programs to address organizational capability gaps and colleague development   needs.
•  Develops, delivers or sources training programs across the organization.
•  Develops train-the-training modules to assist in conducting event staff training.
•  Develops measurement system for all services delivered.
•  Complete daily, weekly and quarterly reporting on KPIs for each supported account.
•  Coordinate, plan, and assign work for staff in accordance with available resources and business    demands.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree.
•  Strong project management skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
