Job Description :
Duties:
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
- Requirements:
- Appropriate educational Degree
- Valid certifications.
- Previous relevant experience
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent analytical skills.
