Job Description :

Duties:

  • Keep up & develop the eCRM & Ecom platforms (website & apps), including the campaign development, management of CMS and conduct UAT.
  • Manage all kinds of digital production for CRM a, eCommerce & payment promotions
  • Work collaboratively with internal & external parties e.g. Operations, CS, IT, digital platform production vendors, printers etc. on CRM and digital marketing initiatives
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • Experience in UX/UI design, CRM/online marketing is a definite advantage 
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe programe
