Job Description :

Duties:

Support leasing Manager in searching for potential tenants for fresh markets
Support lease renewal, stall handover, legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis for managerial analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ Leasing/Sales related experience preferably from catering/ fresh markets/department stores/supermarkets/retail sector
Good business acumen with strong market awareness
Excellence in MS Office
Good communication and presentation skills.
