Job Description :

Duties:

  • Assist in project management and user communications for IT projects.
  • Ensure the smooth and continuous functioning of IT application sand IT infrastructure environment.
  • Assist in user and privileged account administration of IT applications
  • Minimize service interruptions of critical IT infrastructure environment with proper preventive and reactive actions.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technologies / Engineering
  • Knowledge in hard disk encryption, end point device management tool, and mobile device management tool
  • Minimum 2 year work experience on production support
