Business Analyst - Mobile Payment

Job Description :

Duties:

• Liaise with both internal & external users, designers, developers, QAs to produce project deliverables
• Monitor web & mobile apps to deliver an innovating product, improved user experience and drive customer retention
• Manage web and mobile apps product life cycle (i.e. user requirement, UI design, development, UAT and implementation)
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronic Engineering
• 3 years of working experience of product management (or equivalent)
• Experience in UI/UX design with usability principles is an advantage
• Communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
