Looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  •  Coordinating with other Dept Heads and prioritizing workloads.
  •  Revises, edit, organize, company policies and procedures.
  •  Prepares and files company licensing and state business filing as needed.
  •  Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
  •  Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Seven years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  •  Problem Solving/Analysis.
