Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating with other Dept Heads and prioritizing workloads.
- Revises, edit, organize, company policies and procedures.
- Prepares and files company licensing and state business filing as needed.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Seven years experience in same field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Problem Solving/Analysis.
