• Providescounsel and support to resolve interpersonal conflicts and employee relationsissues.
• Leadsinvestigations on employee relation matters.
• Define and operationalize succession plans for operating managers.
• Compensation strategy and development of salary structure and the variable pay systems.
• Competitive market salary research and salary studies to help establish solid salary practices and salary bands that help to recruit and retain superior talent.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
