Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Bangalore.

Job Details:

  •  First point of contact with employees and direct to appropriate departments.
  •  Assist with employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork.
  •  Ensure performance reviews for the plant are conducted in a proper and timely manner.
  •  Processes and submits payroll information and troubleshoots payroll issues. 
  •  Coordinates travel arrangements for the organization.
  •  Assists with communication of benefit programs changes and updates.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
