A leading Company Looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Canada.

Job Details:

•  Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues. 
• Analyze business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to   automate processes and functions.
• Closely work with technology team and other stakeholders to communicate the requirements and develop features.
• Create wireframes, partner with UI/UX designers to develop great designs and user experience.
• Perform quality assurance; make sure the newly developed solutions are working as per the acceptance criteria.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office – MSWord, MS Power Point.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
