Job Details:

  •  Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high quality calls and expected call   flows and scripts. 
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality by Honoring Our Commitments and follow through.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  •  Answer questions about products or the company.
  •  Enter and update customer information in the database.
  •  Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
