Job Description :

Looking for a Marketing Assistant in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  •  Develop and manage PO requests in Oracle, inclusive of maintaining PO tracking tool.
  •  Creating receipts in Oracle for each invoice submission in a timely manner. 
  •  Assist Integrated Marketing & CCID Managers with budget management for each project inclusive of attending monthly budget review meetings across   brand teams.
  •  Fielding any requests for information from external vendors regarding payment.
  •  Provide financial research/analytics as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma holder.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  • Excellent problem- solving skills.
  • 1year experience is required.
  • Only female can apply.
