Job Description :

Duties:

  • Conduct weekly/monthly operations performance reports  
  • Managing the call center team, including workload and manpower (FTE) operation management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to continually refine volume and handling time (AHT) and ensure smooth call centre operations
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma holder (minimum)
  • Minimum 3 years of workforce management experience, preferable in working call centre 
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
