Job Description :

Duties:

Provide day-to-day technical support including network connectivity, system maintenance
Contribute IT infrastructure support - Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for OS system and network problems;
Requirements:
Diploma in Information and Network Security or related stream
All-rounded technical skills on desktop support
Previous relevant experience needed.
Communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
