Job Description :
Job Duties:
- Contribute IT infrastructure support - Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
- Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for OS system and network problems;
- Execute post-resolution follow-ups to help users
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Information and Network Security or related
- Experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support
- Excellent communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
