A leading Company Looking for an experienced CRS-Healthcare Account in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
• Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
• Participates in improvement of consumer instructing services by discovering understanding challenges; advising   educational language.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• High school graduate.
• Good English language conversation skills.
• Good communication Skills.
