Job Description :

Job Duties:

Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans
Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or Tectura
Analyze and improve the internal standards and systems used within Tectura
Make sure that timesheets are entered accurately on a timely basis
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant stream
At least 2 years' hands-on experience with any CRM system
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin
