Required Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Researches and communicates with Human Resources and candidates to resolve expense report discrepancies. 
• Serves as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and clarifications, both policy and system related.
• Uses the chart of accounts for expense report coding and verification.
• Maintaining historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Deducting and accounting for TDS while making payments or booking invoices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
