Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination
  • Process Expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting department standards and policies
  • Arrange and coordinate travel for VP through Concur system
  • Prepare business presentations, reports and correspondence utilizing MS Office Suite and other spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role.
  •  Must have hospitality experience with transferable Visa/NOC.
  • High school diploma.
  •  Transferable visa with NOC.
