Duties:

Trademark Prosecution actions North Asia & AMEA: incl. Office Actions, Non-Use-Cancellation- and Invalidation Actions
Active & Passive Trademark Litigation Actions: incl. Claim Settlement, Co-Existence & IP Assignment Agreements
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
Must possess IP Trademark experience
Good interpersonal skills and detail-minded
Excellent command over written & spoken English and Chinese
