Job Description :

Duties:

  • Handle valuation projects for real estate properties and industrial complex etc.
  • Prepare and review valuation reports in a clear, discreet and professional manner
  • Conduct market research, data analysis and site inspections
  • Execute any assignment instructed by supervisors
  • Requirements:
  • 3 years working experience in relevant property valuation services is preferred.
  • Higher Diploma or Degree
  • MS word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Spoken and written English and Chinese. (Mandarin is an advantage)
