Job Description :

Duties:

  • Maintain a variety of systems and functions within the facility.
  • Monitor the purchasing of equipment, distribution of mail, and scheduling meeting times for the facility office spaces.
  • Well integrate the activities of all operational systems within the facility for seamless efficiency.
  • Requirements:
  • Appropriate educational Degree
  • Valid certifications.
  • Previous relevant experience of 4 to 5 years
  • Be a smart and presentable.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
