A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

  • Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs.
  • Manage and process for all customer related issues
  • Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled.
  • Maintains current knowledge of regulations, industry trends, and economic conditions that may affect the collections   function.
  • Makes effective use of Prime Time calling periods.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Computer literate.
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
