Duties:

  • Offer support to the customers inquiries and maintain the clients satisfaction up to standard
  • Recognize the needs and problem of the clients and provide solution and advise
  • Keep good relationship and enhance the clients loyalty for the company
  • Requirements:
  • Min 1 year experience in financial institute is preferred
  • Degree in finance, investment related discipline
  • Customer service oriented, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
